SERVICES

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

In therapy, we can explore all areas of your life—your relationships, your work, and your relationship with yourself. The therapy hour is your time: a space for reflection, honesty, and growth. I offer deep listening, thoughtful questions, compassionate presence, and gentle insight. Over time, you’ll begin to nurture and strengthen your own inner voice of compassion.

The first step is reaching out. Let’s begin the exploration together.

COUPLES THERAPY

Challenges in primary relationships can be deeply painful—our own struggles often echo and intensify those of our partner. In my work with couples, I focus on identifying and shifting the patterns that block connection and intimacy. Together, we build communication skills that help each person feel heard, seen, and valued. Whether you're navigating calm or conflict, I offer support to each of you—and to the relationship you’re building together.

CHILDREN AND TEENS

Young people can thrive with the right support, and therapy can offer them a safe place to grow. A positive experience early in life can empower them to seek help and stay connected to their emotional well-being for years to come.
Drawing on my Expressive Arts training and my own experience as a parent, I create a welcoming space where children and adolescents can explore challenges, express themselves,

and let their unique light shine even brighter.

ABOUT ME

I’ve always been drawn to real, meaningful conversations. Whether it was helping resolve a playground argument in grade school or talking with my grandparents about the meaning of life, I’ve wanted to listen—really listen—and connect with people around what matters most to them.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent years working as a visual facilitator and consultant. Eventually, I followed a deeper calling and made the leap into this work. I consider it a profound privilege to sit in the therapist’s chair, and I strive every day to earn that place in the lives of my clients. I do my own inner work and do my best to live in alignment with my values.

I often think of myself as a kind of emotional firefighter—not afraid to walk into the heat of inner conflict or intense feeling, where others might understandably turn away. This work brings deep meaning and purpose to my life, and I’m truly grateful to do it.

YOUR STORY

As a therapist, my job is to listen.

I listen to your story; the heroic tale of how you became you,

told by the only person who can truly tell it.

As I listen, I offer questions, reflections, and ideas about how you can heal from the past and reach the goals you want for your future.

You belong here in the world, and I want to hear your story.

“Perhaps all the dragons in our lives are princesses who are only waiting to see us act, just once, with beauty and courage.
Perhaps everything that frightens us is,
in its deepest essence,
something helpless that wants our love.”

APPROACHES TO HEALING

MEDITATION & VISUALIZATION

Developing or deepening a meditation practice is a powerful and life changing resource available to us all.  I have experience with a variety of evidence-based practices that are proven ways to work with depression and anxiety. We can create a tailor-made practice

that works for you and supports

your therapy.

INTERNAL FAMILY SYSTEMS

IFS, also known as “Parts Work,” is a creative process that helps you connect

with parts of you that learned to cope, protect, and persevere—often in ways that were necessary at the time

but may now feel limiting.

With compassion and curiosity, you’ll begin to understand these parts, release old patterns, and create space to feel grounded, whole, and more fully yourself—from the inside out.

LIFE MAPPING

A unique aspect of my work is the creation of one-of-a-kind maps that depict our work in therapy. For example, a visualization of your goals or the habits can help you keep them in mind and on track. For couples, it could be depiction of the Family Agreements we develop during sessions. Most of us are visual learners and these maps support your process of healing and change.

EXPRESSIVE ARTS THERAPY

Through art making, ANYONE can express essential parts of themselves. Even those of us who "can't draw a stick figure" can access their creativity. I especially enjoy supporting people who don't believe they can tap into the artistic parts of themselves. Creativity is a birthright for all of us...come find out!

who will be for me?

If I am only for myself,

what am I?

And if not now, when?”
